Avoid. Unless it's about £300

Most of those sound minor, apart from the sub frames
But too many problems, some could well turn out expensive
I would avoid

If it had been maybe 3 or 4 of those and car was on the cheap side, I'd have been tempted but taken a good look at those areas myself on viewing.

A list that long though just says potential trouble in the future and too much to keep on top of. Not a rare car, be dozens more out there, I'd be looking elsewhere.

run away

any rust related problems are ££££ and any recent "fixes" could be a thick covering of underseal

dont like to see rust or emmisions issues on mot's for cars im looking at buying

How long is the MOT? If it’s a year it might be ok for some cheap shedding, provided it’s cheap enough. I certainly wouldn’t be parting with more than a grand for it.

Sounds like a slightly overzealous tester who likes to mark up surface rust, but there's still an awful lot of other issues. I'm guessing this is a 2nd Gen CRV, if you can try and get a 3rd Gen as they are very much improved.

I advice you to avoid it as sub-frames a big issue and I had to scrap my Honda Accord due to a corroded sub frame as the car was otherwise in good nick for its age, repairing the sub-frame were a big No from 2 garages that I approached as they said it will be costly and they cannot guarantee the repair
