Used them a few times for buying/selling domains worth enough to not risk losing.
Been around a very long time and seemed very professional, process was easy too.
The key part is they receive the cash from the buyer before the domain is transferred between parties, as once it's transferred it's gone and I don't believe there is a way to recover. Once the transfer has completed they release the cash to the seller.

Has anyone used escrow.com? I am being asked to use them for a web domain transfer transaction. They look legit, but if anyone has some feedback, I'd be grateful.
Thanks.
Escrow.com has been used for domain transfers for years, they are perfectly legit, I’ve used them twice. Domain transfer is a process where escrow is perfectly suited.Thanks.
Be cautious if you are the seller and you were approached by the buyer however. If they say they will use escrow.com after you have paid for a professional valuation of the domain, walk away.
