Given your other thread and how you got there...Not a nice situation to be in
If direct replacements are not available, really you're into getting a custom exhaust made, or at least universal replacement cats welded in. Although often these are rarely as good quality as the OEM stuff.
A good reputable competent exhaust fabrication shop should be able to sort you. Although I doubt any fix will be cheap.
