A bit of a wet day to begin with but I was glad I went, apologies for the repetitive nature of the photos but I was happily snapping away, realising that it's the first proper car show I've been to all year....

Cheers Bobbers, sadly no the Maser is stuck in the garage at the moment, it's blocked in by a load of building materials so we went in the Alfa Giulietta instead

The Ferrari in the first pics (400 or 412?) looks great in red, not sure I have ever seen one in that colour before which is unusual for a Ferrari.

Great pictures, among all the exotic stuff the 131 is the one that attracted my attention too. My first car, I only had the 1.3 though.

There really can't be that many of them left.

A mate in my motor club had an orange one around 84 or 85 and wrote it off on a club road rally in an unwinable argument with an old stone bridge parapet.....

50s/60s/70s/80s Italian cars just oozed style - then it mostly went horribly wrong!

Love that Fiat 124 Spider with a RHD conversion.

And the Topolino - my Dad had one in around 1940 when he met my Mum!

I saw a much better version at the kit car show at Stoneleigh a few years ago, a dark blue 250SWB coupe based on the Z3 but with thinner window pillars and chrome surrounds on the tops of the doors, I'm pretty sure the interior had been done correctly too. IIRC the asking price was about £60k..... it was nicely done and appeared to 'sit' right on replica Borrani wheels but if I had £60k to splash on a classic it would be on something else entirely
