Anyone caught Covid on holiday

We've booked a week away in Fuengirola for the end of next month. This was booked last August (2020) with all flights, accommodation etc. booked independently via the internet. We're happy complying with the testing regime etc and have both been double jabbed. My major concern is if one of us caught Covid out there how would you set about finding accommodation, food etc for the extended stay. My insurance cover will reimburse any costs incurred but no mention of any other form of help. I know the risks are low but they are still there. Has anyone any experience of this situation?

A friends wife tested positive before flying home from Ibiza, she was put in a black van and transported to a quarantine hotel. You don’t get to pick where, he couldn’t stay with her. Hotel was a bit grim with no AC. Bedding wasn’t changed for 10 days.
