Sports massage for old people

I explained to my 89 year old Mum today about a recent sports massage, which has improved some recent back pain, albeit leaving me with slightly bruised quads.

Is there any benefit for older people to have a decent massage, and if so, any pointers to find someone suitable in Luton.

My parents, both in their eighties, get monthly massages. The masseuse visits them and works on any aches and pains they are experiencing.
