How to stop yourself visiting PH:

1. Post embarrassing/compromising photo.
2. Post Bosses email address and/or numerous colleagues email addresses.
3. Leave instructions that if you are spotted posting anywhere on the gassing station the same day, said photo can be posted to the email addresses given.

Of course you'd know you were addicted if to get around this you then registered a new log-in and introduced yourself to all as a new member...
