Has anyone got a Chim this colour or seen one???

I am looking at getting a Chim and have been told of a colour called Amaranth Blue - does anyone have any photos of their car in this colour or seen one and able to give me your honest thoughts.

Hi there..

Ive a Chimaera 450 in that colour.. Its a pearlescent colour.
To be honest it looks Purple in a normal light.
If you go out in bright sunshine, the blue shines through.. I really like the colour. Scratches etc show up pretty easily but thats probably much the same with any bold colour.

It is infact a Rover colour but looks much better on a TVR..

Ive not got a pic to hand but if i dig one up i'll post it.

Most Metro's (purple ones) of P/R vintage are Amaranth.

Saw a Cerb in that colour once - looked a lot better in the advert than it did in the flesh to be honest.
