Pool table recommendation

Anyone got any better suggestions?

Don’t want to spend a small fortune on anything more than a basic table, so not interested in any that double up as a dining table or bespoke design.

I have a reconditioned supreme winner

Sadly the reconditioned market seems to have dried up, presumably due to all the staycations and sheds being built this year.

Would have been happy with a recon pub table TBF, but I can’t find one for love nor money.

Not sure where your based but worth trying the number on the table in the pic - fellas name is John. I paid about £800 for fully reconditioned, reclothed, 2 x cues, chalk, balls, cover, delivered and installed

Tbh I don’t think he update the website as it was the same when I bought mine back in November 2020. Good luck

I have a legacy 8x4 pool table which is insanely heavy. What I do know is that the set up of the table is key. Getting it perfectly flat and the cushions operating well makes a massive difference

Think the one I looked at was 200Kg for the 7’ table. Did consider second-hand but I think the hassle of picking it up and installing it perfectly at home outweighs any savings.

Any go-to suppliers or are they all much of a muchness for the basic slate bed tables?

I cannot help with UK supplier as I bought mine when living in the US. I just know that setting it up well makes all the difference to it being something which gets lots of use vs very little
