A friends Silver Seraph heater controls fail to work at all - Looks like a BMW unit.

Light up ok, stick at 16 degrees, none of the buttons function and no air is blown.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

You'll need an omitec for diagnoses. A real RR shop will have one
