Voipfone Issues

My Voipfone isn't working either, and I can't log in to my account on their web site. So it looks like their problems have not been solved yet.
Their status age says:
Update - We apologise for the disruption. Our team are working extremely hard to address the ongoing issues that are currently affecting the network.

Yep, same here. It's been up and down since the end of last week. We've been using it for years and years and it's the first time we've ever had a problem.
I managed to login to the dashboard and divert all incoming calls to a mobile - I'd suggest doing this if you can but I think some people can't even get logged in.
All of our VOIP handsets currently say 'registration at provider failed'.
It must be an absolute nightmare for them!

Not had any phone service since yesterday morning... so far the last 10 years they have been rock solid this has been the first major issue we ever had. Anyone know anything?
