What is everyone doing with these cookies?

ETA: I set this up as a poll but the poll disappeared when posted.

Are you just accepting cookies every site you visit?

Painstakingly configuring to minimum possible?

Rejecting and continuing somehow?

For general browsing where I don't need/want to be remembered I just browse in incognito/private mode and accept all cookies.

Close the browser and they're all gone.
