Tyre valve replacement

Quick question for the collective, I need a couple of metal tyre valves replaced on a 2017 3 series, is there any real difference between BMW dealer supplied at 20 quid vs eBay at less than half that?

Does the car have the tyre pressure monitoring system?

It does, thanks for the inputs, I went with OE BMW in the end, had to get the car back on the road...
