WBAC vs Motorway vs Autotrader
Discussion
Anyone got a view on which of these works best?
So far for a 2012 Fiat 500...
AT made a low-ball offer.
Mway and WBAC coming in with about the same price. Mway say they want another pic or two but haven't said of what and they're not answering the phone.
WBAC looking the best bet because you take the car somewhere, they eyeball it for real and the deal is done there and then.
Make sense?

FWIW my recent experience-
Motorway offered high but loads of hassle getting exactly the right photos and ended up with no sale at the price they suggested.
WBAC was a lot lower so I disregarded.
Money4yourmotors offered high but then backtracked (turns out the 'offer' is only a guide), however ended up very close and was sold at inspection time...ignore what they tell you about no haggling.
(edit: still can't figure out why they paid me more than the price of a brand new / in stock one...)

Motorway is more of a faff as they ask for a specific set of pictures but in my experience was worth persevering with.
They listed my car with a £16425 reserve and it sold for £17350. WBAC was £16500 but of course there is always the risk the pic out every stone chip and reduce this.
The dealer that bought through Motorway collected from my door, gave it a 20 second appraisal then transferred the money and took the car.

I went with Motorway, they offered the highest at 9350 (which is what I was after) but then said the best they could do was 8300 once the details had gone out on the wire.
I stood firm, and they said they could do 8600. I refused (I was paying 200 a month, so after cancelling tax and insurance essentially I was paying 2 months of lease for no car) and explained why it wasn't going to happen at that money.
Then overnight they came back with 9200 which meant I didn't need to pay anything to clear outstanding credit, so an easy one to accept.
I didn't find taking the correct pics to be much bother, but it was an annoying 36 hours while they kept going to-and-fro with offers.
It then took about 10 days for the car to be collected, and they only got their act together when I said it's approaching next payment time, the price goes up by 200 if you don't collect in the next couple of days or the deal's off. Collection itself was painless.
WBAC were offering about 8200 if I dropped it off at their nearest centre, so it was well worth the aggro for an extra £1000.

I've sold 2 prev cars to WBAC and Evans Halshaw -
WBAC - in 2018 I sold them my 2016 340i touring with FSH 24k. The inspector chipped the price down for 1 stone chip, but I took at as I came out with a few hundered£ after the finance was settled.
Evans Halshaw - this year sold them my 2016 520d Msport with FSH & 28K. They chipped the price down for 2 small scratches and scuffed wheels. I didnt initially accept theiur offer, but did following a visit to WBAC (different branch to above) who I felt took the urine with a £1500 drop on the initial valuation, which makes it sound like a hound, but it was a very clean and well presented car. Went back to EH and took their money.
I'd say its swings and roundabouts, it will depend on the online valuation and the local branch.

Similar experience - got about £2k more via MWay than the online price from WBAC (£13k v £11k). Involved the photo process and several phone calls but was very happy with the service and the outcome. They listed my car with a £16425 reserve and it sold for £17350. Same experience with Motorway, they wanted lots of pictures, including a small mark on one alloy, plus very interested in condition. I had numerous email and phone exchanges with them and ended up listing tyre wear/cracking and all stone chips etc.
This meant their offer wasn't that great, a few hundred pounds lower than WBAC, but WBAC would have knocked me down more as they always do. In the end, as Motorway is an auction, you've got nothing to lose. I got just over £1,000 more than their estimate which was a great result...

Potentially at that level Facebook marketplace works.
