Cerb and Chim headlight reflectors

Can someone illuminate me on headlights and rechroming(silvering) or replacing them.

The part as I understand it from searching on forums is

Bosch Foglight Lens BOSCH New Old Stock 1 305 313 930 1305313930

All the threads on this seem to be old and the part above is pretty much out of stock everywhere.

Does anyone have a magic supply of them or successfully got them sorted?
