Mosquito for me as well
I've noticed this before, there's a lot of love for the Mosquito on here.I went to see the one at Lincolnshire heritage centre last month, as well as their Lancaster.

I always thought the B26 was a good looking bomber and should be a contender for the “also rans” behind the Mosquito.
Very much so.My 3 picks would be the Mossie, B26 and I'll add the Ju88 as the 3rd.
And funnily enough, it was a Mosquito that chalked up the most bombing missions by a single RAF aircraft, and a B-26 that chalked up the most by a single USAAF aircraft.
And both were demanding aircraft to fly in certain situations.
