E-Bay Cerb - How Cheap??

Spotted this on Flea Bay the other day, auction now finished but can't believe how low the Buy it Now price was. Surely a 96 Cerb should be worth more than this, unless theres something wrong not mentioned in the ad.

think this one hsa already been debated. Doubt it is really cheap. £14K is cheap for an immaculate one. £11K is expensive for one that might need £5 - £8K spending on it?
