what happened to the bombers

I think the authorities are sitting tight on any info this time around. I can live with that. Even the media is doing very little 'speculating' in the absence of any info too. I think they've got them already from early eye witness reports, which then dried up after Police interviewed MOP involved in grabbing them.

OK so it looks like the BSI/ ISO 9001 consultants have infiltrated the terrorist network, cant guarantee quality but can create a system to manufacture cr-p consistently to the same non functioning standard !!

There was an element of that after the explosions on the 7th aswell. For instance, once the explosives had been identified the name of the homemade compound in question was released by the press. The next day this was stifled and the original article on the BBC site edited to expunge it - since then the press does not specifically name the explosive. Sensible measure to prevent copycats and silly accidents I guess.

I hope that the police will prove to be as efficient this time as they were last time. They mentioned that the unexploded bombs are forensic solid gold.

They have just said on the news that they are holding one person with direct links to the bombers,plus another person.

There must be a vast amount of CCTV footage, eye witness accounts, forensic evidence, not to mention the usual intelligence channels to nail these people, very, very quickly.

well, if it was me that did it - i'd head straight for Heathrow airport and aim to go somewhere very far away. i reckon they've got about a 24 hour head start before the Police come after you, and about 48 hours before your mug shot is plastered across the UK press.

i also think the person who gonna drop you in it is you Mum who is currently wondering why you haven't returned from your day trip to London.
