GTS 4.0l Carmine Red Seat Belts

Carmine Red seat belts are part of the Carmine GTS interior package. It seems from the configurator, that should you specify Carmine as a body colour without the GTS package, only Bordeaux or Guards Red seat belts are available as a red option. Has anyone been able to specify Carmine Red seat belts outside of the GTS package? Is perhaps Bordeaux Red virtually the same as Carmine Red?
