Pineau Mojito is rather nice. No trouble with mint leaves though,as they are growing in my garden.

Used to love a cocktail. I was a bourbon drinker so my go to ones were an Old Fashioned or a Mint Julep. Liked a margarita as well, even the slushy ones you make in a blender laugh

Many of the above mentioned, but I also enjoy the occasional and vastly underrated Dark and Stormy.

I don't drink that much, never mind cocktails, but I do like I decent margaritas, however quality tequila and triple sec do make a big difference, which can make them expensive if you're exponentiating and do not have one or other in (a decent reposada or anejos and cointreau for me)

Oh yeah, a dark & stormy with overproof rum and ginger beer with a decent kick is a treat.

Regulars in our house are:

Caipirinha, Cosmopolitan, Magarita (normally Tommy's), Espresso Martini (sometimes made with chili chocolate Kahlua and tequila as a spicy twist).

Cucumber martinis are a guilty pleasure on a warm day. Easy to make, tasty and quite potent.
