I keep meaning to give them a call and book my tickets.
Not sure if I should take the BBWFSV to annoy the 'proper TVR car club', and have nice comfy cooking facilites ! or take the wedge and and frighten the horeses !

TVRCC still had some tickets left when I booked mine earlier this week.

Looks like we'll have a mini Wedge gathering.

Thought about going to this.....

If there are a few of us going would it be worth meeting up before hand and driving in together...so we can all park together???

Just phoned and got my ticket... 5.50 per car...so even if weather is crap can cry off and as not cost a fortune....

Wedge Convoy to Polo....lunch???

Anyone got any details of this?

Is this a special TVRCC enclosure? Will it be next to the Champagne tent - or is it going to be out in Plebsville?

Last year it was on the field to left of the hospitality area, so at the bottom of the pitch.

You got a good view from either being with the cars or as most people did wander up into the grandstand area and mingle with the common peoples !!

Must ring up TVRCC and book at least 1 vehicle. Are they open on weekends ?

Not to many details....but

All I know when I phoned and got my ticket is that the Polo Starts at 2.00 but you can get in there from 11.30.

I'm sure there is some where to meet just before and we could all go into together....and I think there is just a specific area for TVR's.

Paul...the club didn't mention how many tickets were left but when I ordered mine it sounded like they still had plenty...I'm sure if you phone first thing Monday morning you shouldn't have a problem...My other half is going...fancy a blast down from Reading together if you do go??

Sounds good to me. I'll order some on Monday. Have you a gazebo as mine collapsed in some strong winds at the end of last year !

No to the Gazebo....but I'm sure I know some one who has got one....

If not I know they do cheap ones in Argoose...I'll get one from there if need be.

There were a host of the more common Tivs there last year, and a good selection of Wedges. Guards arranged for special parking for Tiv owners next to the grandstand - close enough to rush and put the hood up when it rained. I aim to get there about noon, travelling via Wellington CP. I'm not aware of any obvious meeting places near to the course, pitch, ground or whatever it's called except for a pub car park if any one knows of one.

Pity you can't go Sean....if I can't get baby sitters sorted my tickets will be up for grabs.

The Cinema is in the Retail Park, Just of the Twin Bridges Round about...

Come down the A329M from the Reading side/M4...first round about you get to with traffic lights as you come in to Bracknell...turn Left (UNder Railway Bridge.)...Take 2nd Exit?? (Exit before going back under the railway bridge) and cinema car park is on right...

Hope fully see you guys there..(Still working on it!!)

The car park is the Point cinema in Bracknell, Skimped Hill Lane, Brackell, RG12
There are shops opposite it like Halfors, Safeways and others
I'll be there in the blue 4?0 and hopefully Paul in the white FHC

I've also got one spare entrance ticket if anyone interested ?

Cheers

Seems there's a good chance my son will be late, so best if we go straight to the match rather than keeping you waiting. I'll see you in the car park.

'Beer and butties' or 'Pimms and pate'
