Gpoing Eastbound on the M$ last Sat. Big notice up just before J5 that it was clased at 4B. if you know the Mway J5 is on a crest, and as we went over too late to pull off traffic bscked right up

BUT it was moviing ,about 10mph. Now here come the st for brains Al traffic had to use the M25 off slip and in their infinite wisdom closed the three outer lanes when L1 and L2 would have made a natural CW / ACW route choice. Luckily merge in turn was the order of the day and for once there were no 'None shall pass idiots'
