2 month old accounts

I've seen a lot a very contentious and persistent posting on certain issues (trans for instance).from accounts only a couple of months old.
Without trying to sound paranoid, does PH keep a track of the number of new users and where they come from?

Single digit months old accounts that have racked up hundreds of posts, mostly in Pie&Piston

We do have systems in place to spot people returning that have been banned, but unfortunately we're not able to detect everyone. As with any post please report it if you feel it breaks our rules of posting and we'll take necessary action against the user.

If someone comes back to the site that has been banned before, it's very likely they'll end up being banned again.
