Door buttons not working (inside & out) after battery swap

Flat battery so I swapped out for a new one, bolted on the negative first as you have to slide that under the wing, then as I attached the positive I was greeted with a bit of arcing and the smell of blown fuses!
So I disconnected everything, reconnected a different battery, positive first this time, and I have alarm back working, fuel pump primes etc. etc. BUT neither of the door buttons externally work and the drivers door internal button doesn't seem to work either
Did the emergency access trick to get in, and tested the fuel pump and dash lights as above and all good, so wonder if this is fuses or more likely to be have blown the door control box or similar?
Checking the fuses in the manual, the passenger and the drivers door mechanism are on different fuses, so seems strange that they both get knocked out in one go?
Plan for the morning is to multimeter the fuses and replace as I go but wonder if anyone else had experienced similar in their journey of Cerbera ownership (*always fun!)?

The door control mechanism box is on another fuse as well on mine. 6, 7 &13, one of them also feeds the cigarette lighter socket which blew the fuse when I once pushed the lighter in...Alex
I've got those fuses that light up now when they blow....
So.. I think I might have more of a problem than I think (*but hopefully easily fixable)
It looks like the fuse box has self destructed in the boot and fallen backwards into the rear arch of the car, which is probably causing ground issues and playing havoc with the wiring, which might be why I have the door issues
I started the car to move it, and the left indicator came on as well as the windscreen wiper jets the whole time I was moving it, and neither the windows or the door buttons work so it feels like it's some kind of grounding problem caused by this
Does anyone have experience of how the fuse box is held in and what the best way would be to rescue it back to a safe place to stabilise the electrics?
It looks from the photo below that the screw / whatever that was meant to hold the bottom in has sheared off, and from feeling around the top of the inner arch cutout, I couldn't feel any obvious 'notches' or whatever to clip it back into?

And just held in with that one bolt do you think, or are there any sort of clips on the top etc.?
I think I might have to get creative with re-securing mine as there's a bolt mount sized hole in the fibre glass where that bolt mount presumably was, and no sign of that anywhere around in the car
L shaped brackets screwed into the sides of the opening and then super glued to the fuse box??
