Printer offline - again!

Running Windows 10 with an HP 3 in one Printer/scanner, etc. but once again it is offline.

Any help would be appreciated, but why does this keep happening?

Is it connected via WiFi or USB? If WiFi, give it a fixed IP, and that should (mostly) sort it.

Mine does the same, I added it as an IP printer and that sorted it

You can see the printers IP in its configuration, if you need more I can list some steps

Stop and re-starting the printer service usually fixes this ball ache for me.
