F15 “Chassis” warning.
Discussion
If the bags leak, get it done sooner than later as if not your pump will wear itself out trying to keep the bags up. Chassis warning can be indicative of a pump fault rather than just bags. It will indicate when the level drops outside of spec but also if it is too high. Replaced my pump with second hand and the valve is a bit sticky so it doesn't always let excess pressure release. Triggers with big positive change in temp and when I've had a load in the boot. I should take it apart, change the valve and check the drier..... You can get kits to replace the piston seal on the pump too and repair your old one.
Really? Is this not the adaptive suspension sensor error. The airbag don't work that way. The car send an electric signal to an ignitor. The heat generated causes sodium azide to decompose into sodium metal and nitrogen gas, which inflates the car's air bags.
I would take it some place else

I think the other posters are referring to the air bags in the suspension, (presumably the OP’s car has air suspension).I would take it some place else
Yes it is has adaptive suspension. I had a recurrent dashboard warning after between 20-30 mins driving. Car is not sagging at one corner etc etc at the moment but has done periodically over the past year but had it explained that it was a pump error as the pump cannot maintain the pressure in the bags during driving. Happened after I had a car load of people and they all got out. Not sure pink or bags have been changed. The error was present when the diagnostics were done. Sensor would have a different error code.
It is a common problem after 70-80,000 miles especially as the bags perish.

For testing purposes, at work (none BMW), we find the air sus reverts to normal height once the ignition’s been turned off for a while.
But if we raise the air sus and leave a door open, it stays in the high position. For simple bag testing, I periodically go back to the car to see if any of the corners have dropped

If left for a few hours the warning message disappears then reappears after 15-20 mins driving plus suspension ride changes and feels like a boat in rough weather and makes you feel quite nauseous.
Fortunately because we have little fuel locally and use of another car it has not been a problem but I’d booked in to be done ASAP.
