World's oldest mum wants another

Is it just me that thinks this is wrong? I remember reading in a magazine when she had the first and thought it was wrong, but another??? Btw she looks older than 66 too.

That is what I was thinking....children are hard work no matter what age you are.
Chim_Knee's sister is a foster carer as well as having 4 children of her own, so we spent last weekend with 6 children (3 of them under 3) and it was exhausting.....they just can't sit still for 5 mins!!

Yes I agree....but the problem is with a mother that old how long will the child be loved and wanted. What happens when the unfortunate but inevitable happens

I realise it's not the norm, but I think there are worse situations to have babies in. Just my twopennorth...
I am not sure of the circumstances, but if this is the story that I am thinking of, she alienated most of her family by going through with this, so there is no guarantee that they would step in. Maybe they would if this was the case, but is a risk.
I agree there are worse situations, and with a foster carer in the family we really do hear about them
