Vinyl - what you got?
Discussion
That's a nice looking label but I'm showing my ignorance. Whose record is it?
I recently acquired the prodigy rza remix of breathe white label which is limited to 300 units. Unfortunately it will go into storage with the rest of my records as I have young kids and do not trust them not to touch my collection.

404No pics to hand and I'm upstairs away from them - I started collecting Vinyl last year, just to build a small collection of my favorites maybe 100 or so (only metal), this is what I have so far https://www.discogs.com/user/Winterway/collection

I dug out my old vinyl from the loft over the summer and I'm trying to decide what to do with it.
Most of it is landfill, but there's a numbered limited edition radiohead 12" and some picture discs that might be collectable. How do I find out?
Search the catalogue numbers on discogs.com, you can check the previous sale prices on the right hand side if you click on the Last Sold date. Most of it is landfill, but there's a numbered limited edition radiohead 12" and some picture discs that might be collectable. How do I find out?
I still have all the vinyl I bought when that was current, but I don't buy it any more. I don't care if it's supposed to sound "better" in some way, because most of the time I'm listening in the car. I remember the day I went in to WH Smiths and they'd decided to stop selling vinyl, so were selling it off for £1.99 each to clear it. I got some pretty good stuff there, and there are some albums I bought but still haven't listened to.
I recently used discogs to catalog my stuff and checked the prices/value (as you do!)
No rhyme or reason as to why some stuff is worth what it is. Although discogs is waaaay off base on what it values bootlegs and "official" unofficial stuff.
Need to get more of it framed, running out of wallspace though.
