Trust Pilot Help!

[GranpaB]

I have left an average review on trust pilot and the company has replied asking me to provide more information via the "Find Reviewer " function, but i can't see it anywhere? It looks like that is only available to companies.

Anyone know where else i could look?

Edit: Ok found out that it is an email they send you to respond to.
