Personal choice of course, but any particular reason you wouldn't want the M440i, especially with a convertible?

The 40d is a very nice engine, but for engine sound the 40i is far superior

Strange taste I know, just like a diesel I guess. It was supposed to be released towards the year end but all gone quiet now.
