My local cricket team used to play the Peterborough CAMRA team a few years ago in the Sunday friendly league. Of course with it being a friendly, soon as the match was over, it was off to the pub You've never seen 80 overs bowled so fast in your life.

Cracking bunch of lads. Even though they pasted us year in year out.

I often go along with my mates when it comes to Luton. All that muddy warm stuff is a bit wasted on me, though. (And I get a bit wasted on it!)

A reminder - it's on now and as ever its the muts nuts . Went last night and as usual found quite a few tasty beers I hadn't had before - and the best thing is you can actually hear the person next to you when gassing away. Also everyone is good natured, there's a band playing a lot of the time in one area and laods of good food stalls.

Well worth a night out - and thursday is silly hats day .

Only problem is going to work the next morning...plus the fact that 9 month old babies have no sympathy for hangovers.
