Freezing Schwartz Peppercorn Sauce

Do you think it is OK, far to much for one!

I regularly make batches of sauces, freeze in silicon moulds, vac pac, defrost so they go flat then freeze again. You end up with thin sheets of sauce/stock/whatever that defrost under a hot tap in seconds.
