Blakey Ridge North Yorks

I`m sure someones mentioned this one already but well worth another word . From the A170 at Kirby Moorside , head north through Hutton le Hole towards Castleton on the unclassified road known as Blakey Ridge. It`s used a lot by the mags and manufacturers for photo shoots and testing and we often see some fine cars being exercised . Best bit is when the RAF fly alongside through the adjacent valley below the level of the road . Watch out for errant sheep and half wit bikers though . Makes a good and more scenic alternative to the Stokesley to Helmsley road .
