I’m away in France at the moment, my 3 contract has 100gb of data pm included, I was told I could use this under a fair use agreement but now it’s only 12gb per month.
They offer 5gb per day for a £5 but I doubt I’d use 1gb a day.
They texted me to say,
“ Any data usage above this within your allowance is 0.3p/MB.”
Am I correct in thinking that’s £3 per gb?

yes your maths is correct 1gb = 1000mb, 0.3p *1000 = 300p = £3

My data run and I got another text saying,

Your Roam Like at Home fair use data limit has been met. Continued data use will incur a surcharge upto 0.50p per MB.

I tried the live chat but they didn’t understand the difference between £0.50p, .5p or what .50p was.

I kept asking for a price per gb and that varied from £5 to £500.

Then they cut me off and they don’t send copies of the chat.
At that point I gave up and I’m paying £5 a day.
