Outbound call centre-ish

Basically we’re looking for get customers signed up to our monthly maintenance plan.

Spoke with various outsourced call centres and the prices are absolutely stupid (even pals prices)

Been advised just to set up a small operation in the spare office space we have.

Got someone who can train people to get on the phone so that’s not an issue

What sort of hardware and software will I need for a day 6 person set up outbound dialling ?

Can get great data that will be constantly checked against the tps so that side we will always be compliant!

Any number of suppliers will sell you appropriate telephone sets and software; should allow you to let folk WFH too if that’s your intent to save on office costs.

In addition to your ‘data’, have you modelled, on evidence, what your ROI per call-handler day rate is?
