GIANT umbrella - hacked?

Not sure how many on here use Giant but my payroll has been either late or wrong (or both) for the past four weeks and now I am seeing they might of been hacked with lawyers involved etc;

I am trying to get answers from them but it's a nightmare to get through and they are not communicating anything. Anyone else who uses them - have you heard anything about what is going on?

My consultant wont answer his phone either.
