I don't know who makes the GT3 front spoiler and sills, but the OEM factory makes and sells a retail quality GT4 AMR Aerokit which includes a front spoiler, dive blades, side sills and a rear wing (GT4 style, so a little smaller than the GT3 version) all CF with a gloss finish.

You can also buy GT4 race aero, but the race CF pieces are not really finished to retail standard, as they don't need to be and lightness is the key when racing.
