The Sky Q will connect to your mesh no problem wirelessly, but the mini's will only connect to the Sky Q wirelessly (or hardwire the mini's to the Q), the mini's won't connect to any other wireless network except the Sky Q network given out by the Q box.
So effectively you'll end up with a Sky Q wireless network plus your existing mesh network, which can clash and isn't ideal.
You can hardwire the mini's to any access point, then hardwire each access point back to the Q box.
In my house we gave up with the mini's as the Q box is miles away from them and even with Sky repeaters the signal was really glitchy.
Annoyingly I have a great Netgear mesh system that is rock solid and covers the entire house, garden office and garage but the mini's won't connect to it.
So in the end I totally disabled Sky Q wifi and have dodgy iptv firesticks on the other tv's in the house.
There have been rumours for a while that Sky are considering allowing the mini's to connect to 3rd party wifi, but nothing yet.

I had countless issues with Sky Q Minis and connecting to my main box, Sky supplied me with an extender to help them connect but even that was terrible.
I now have my main Sky Q and 2 Mini Boxes hardwired via powerline ethernet into a £10 switch and then wired to the router (I have turned Wi-Fi off on all my boxes and its been rock solid) the only way I can reliably get them to work.
I also run a BT-Whole home mesh system for my other devices and have zero issue with it.

You can use WiFi -> Ethernet bridges to acheive the same sort of thing if your WiFi is good. That's what I do as my WiFi is a lot better than Sky's meshing ability!

My Tenda MW6 boxes have this option, but I dont believe the Sky Mini Q's work with the Tenda Mesh. That's my issue. If they did I would turn off wifi on all my sky devices.https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ethernet-Wireless-Repeate...
