Medium sized android phone recommendations pls

Hi all

While I understand the topic of 'which phone' has been done a million times if often throws out the top picks are way too big physically for me.

I saw the other day an iphone 12 mini and thought it was sized about right so, which is a low to mid range Android about the physical size that offers good value but packs a punch, I would rather have power than top of the range camera?

Are you determined to buy brand new?

If not you can pick up some genuine bargains on refurbished Android phones which would bring more powerful models into your price range.

I got a refurbished Huawei P30 Pro about a year ago (didn't want newer P40 cos of the google blocking) and I paid nearly £200 less than RRP. It was listed as Excellent condition and it genuinely was - I couldn't find a mark on it. Have been well pleased with it (had an older P9 Huawei before that).

Just a thought.

I went through this earlier this year, I think most phones are far too big and I really like that Apple now do a mini

However I'm an android user so my options were limited because there really aren't many well spec'd android phones that small

I went for the Sony Xperia 5II, it's a bit taller that the iPhone mini but it's narrower which gives it a really smart look
