Anyone know if 18” E60 alloys will fit on a F30 3 series with the M Sport blue brakes?

Cheers.

Need to specify which wheels and know all of the data. I believe PCD & centre bore are the same but F30's use M14 and E60's use M12 threads. Maybe the bolt hole in E60 wheels will be large enough to take an M14, but not sure how the mating surfaces would match up.

I think the main difference however is the offset. F30 wheels (at least mine, 19" Style 403) are ET36/47 whereas E60 is 20/32, so a fair bit lower means they will sit further out (16mm up front and 15mm at the rear - assuming both are 8.5j).

There's a good tool for comparison here - http://www.rimsntires.com/specspro.jsp

The M Sport calipers are also larger than standard, so some wheels won't fit.

Look on here

See if offsets are close and if so, they should be fine. Think you'll need min 18" to fit the calipers as Pica said:

For what it’s worth, I have the 398 18” wheels on a 335d with M Sport (blue) callipers and discs.
The offset (ET) is shown on site below. Check that site for your current wheels and see if the ET values are the same.

It's not a diameter issue with fitting wheels
It's the clearance on the spokes / face of the wheel

So you can't just say a XX inch wheel will fit. Some 18 inch wheels may fit but others don't. My son found this with his M140i when I ended up having to let him borrow my car for a day as his new wheels didn't clear his brakes , so he ordered some spacers for next day (idiot lad, check first!)
