Nope. She's beyond help with this because she has had ample time, money and opportunities to seek help, not to mention enough people around her to encourage her to do so.Zero sympathy for her.
Once is a mistake to learn from. 7 times is a pattern of behaviour borne of an inappropriate sense of entitlement that the person has no intention of changing.
She is a serial criminal. End of. She needs to feel some real pain for this if she is going to change.

I don't think she'll see the inside of a prison.
A suspended sentence maybe (which some will insist is equivalent to a custodial sentence, but in reality is no such thing)
There will be headlines about her mental health, was this a cry for help etc.
And I doubt a judge would make an example of a celebrity who is a mother to a disabled son.

7 times drink (& drug) driving.
She is an alcoholic and likely addicted to drugs - firstly she needs to accept that and needs to stop.
Driving & getting caught 7 times would likely mean she does it far more than this and only been caught 7 times out of who knows.
She is a danger to life - how someone hasn’t been killed from her abstract stupidity is a miracle.
Banning is a joke to her
