Can anyone suggest a good and up-to-date resource for an overview of Facebook Audiences?

(there's so much guff all over the Internet which is confusing, contradictory, etc. - including some of FB's own docs!).

We have a wannabe marketing partner who wants to pay to access/share our "audience" (i.e. they want to advertise to them).

So how do we value that, how do we stay the right side of GDPR, and (crucially) not ps off our customers?

As background, we run an information website which pulls 5-10 milion visits annually from an affluent and engaged bunch of folk, and the wannabe partner provides a relevant service.

I *think* we have 2 "audiences" to talk about:

- A) where you upload a bunch of hashed emails to FB and they build you an audience whilst promising not to do anything nefarious.

- B) where we've run a FB pixel on our website and built up the audience by tracking people with that.

We have about 50K registered users potentially in A) and 500K visitors accumulated in B).

Are there any rules of thumb for valuations? FWIW, lifetime values are significant with repeated annual spends often into the £Ks (only a % with us unfortunately...).

Any particular gurus for this stuff (excluding the 'just $99 a month for my secret sauce' crowd)?

Thanks so much for any pointers, and apologies for any obvious errors in my understanding...
