ML500 or ML65? Whats the borkage ratio?

Just looking at these and the 65 is not that much more (2006-2008).

Does anyone have any views on the reliability of the 2 versus each other please?

I have an ML63 which isn't reliable by Toyota Yaris standards, but definitely not unmanageable given what you're buying (a mid-2000s V8 AMG).

I don't know about the ML65 but my 63 is decent enough given what it cost new and what running costs to expect.
