Transwomen in sports is unfair!

Well that was obvious !!
For those on here that put inclusiveness above fairness governing bodies appear to disagree.
An open category would see males competing against other males which seems much fairer.

Who were those people on here who wanted Laurel Hubbard to compete in female weightlifting who couldn't actually bring themselves to say thay actually thought it was fair so they said 'they's let experts decide and agree with that decision'.
Do those people now want transwomen removed from female sports?

It is soobvious it shouldn't even have to be said. Any male person playing against females is going to have an unfair advantage. Around 15,000 males have run faster than the women's marathon record. The US women's number one ranked football squad was beaten by an U15 college boys team in 2015.
It has taken ages for women to be allowed to play sports at a competitive level and now these idiots are trying to ruin it for them.
Here is an example. From mediocrity to national champion in a matter of months.

.
Is it? we have the Olympics for all male and female competitors who are able bodied , the Paralympics for those with disabilities where there are specific categories in order to allow fair competition so why not just have a Translmpics so only blokes identifying as women compete against other blokes who identify as women..

The report states what I and others said in previous threads. There has to be a balance between fairness and equality, it'll be up to the individual sporting bodies to figure out where the line is.
Well, it is in terms of the thread title. The report is saying that often fairness and inclusion cannot co-exist. In most cases you need to choose one, so by being inclusive you are not being fair. The report states what I and others said in previous threads. There has to be a balance between fairness and equality, it'll be up to the individual sporting bodies to figure out where the line is.
That's not to say we shouldn't be inclusive, we should just be honest with ourselves about what that means.

My opinion remains that for physical sports, there probably is a performance advantage for a trans woman over a non trans woman at a nominally similar level etc.The report states what I and others said in previous threads. There has to be a balance between fairness and equality, it'll be up to the individual sporting bodies to figure out where the line is.
So likely better if the classes accounted for that.
But this absolutely must not be at the expense a general acceptance of and equality for trans people.
This thread will go completely to s
t, though, just like all the others.InitialDave said:

The fact someone even had to have a conversation before saying no, ex men can't play against female rugby players shows the level of delusion. Kind of like having to be told seat belts save lives, but I guess even that took a while to sink in for some.
Women's sport has been saved for a little while longer.

This is typical of the insane political discourse of our times
We literally have people arguing against scientific fact as if that's a valid position.
We have so normalised lying that we have the media and politicians trying to tell us that a protest involving burning buildings, millions of pounds of damage and explosive is a peaceful one.
Don't believe your eyes or rational fact....believe what we say even though the entire world knows we're wrong/lying.
Men have cervixes.
It can't be said enough - we're living in an absolute clown world.
