Topic reply notifications - how to check?

If I have just created a new forum topic/thread and I want to check if I have selected "receive notification of replies", how to I do it? It's not in the edit topic option where I thought it would be.

Unfortunately that option is only visible when the topic is first created and I am not aware how to go back and see if it was checked.

Surely just create a reply to your thread and see if you get a notification.

What if I click the unsubscribe link on the email notification and then decide a few days later that I would like to start receiving email notifications again. How do I do that?

Not possible I believe.

It's a one-time selection at time of thread creation.
