Free software to transcribe mp3 to text

Does anyone know any free software for converting mp3 audio files to text?

Nearly all of them only offer 5 mins free. I have 5x 1-hour long audio files.

Thanks. Unfortunately the files are on a computer, not a phone, so was looking for normal software.

Play the files on your computer with a phone placed in range of the speaker. Run Google transcribe on the phone whilst files are playing. Email the finished files to yourself from phone.

Isn't Google Live Transcribe for displaying speech to text instantaneously, i.e. like subtitles or am I thinking of the wrong app?
