Easiest way to get access to South American exchanges?

On the far side of the risk spectrum we have small cap stocks in obscure exchanges in countries ive never visited, so clearly these have taken my fancy.

Whats the easiest way for a Brit to buy equities on the Chilean and Argentine exchanges?

Any UK brokers that offer those?

There weren't a few years ago. As fluent in Spanish then you could try looking in Spain if there is a retail house offering access to S.Am. Couldn't get much more high risk given the immensely backward nature of their exchanges, the total corruption, the huge currency risk and total capital loss risk, all with no protections.

Try Interactive Brokers. I've used them on some minor exchanges in other countries, but never in South America.
