Aston Martin engine rebuild in Scotland

My 2009 DB9 (55k miles) engine has developed a knocking sound from the bottom , any suggestions on a garage in Scotland (ideally near Edinburgh / Lothian) that can do a rebuild on this?

Also any estimates on what this might cost?

Glasgow any good? Try Martin's independents. I've not used them but they hosted an AMOC YouTube video on the V8 Vantage (it's still up) and Peter seem very knowledgeable. As for price - give them a call

Give Peter a call and talk it through with him. A lot of the Scottish users on here use him for servicing and I've yet to hear a bad word
