Lidl oil pump

Today in lidl, can it be used for other liquids to like petrol and water?

I've got a similar one, I've used it on various oils (engine, transmission etc) & diesel - I don't think I would introduce petrol or water to it though

I’ve got one, use it for filling my little tractor with diesel. I’m certain it says unsuitable for petrol in the manual. That’ll probably more to do with its fire/spark safety than whether it could actually move the liquid.

For water, given the cost, I’d just buy one and try it.

After about a year of trying to get one of these pumps (always sold out by the time I got there) I finally bagged one !

Seems a decent little pump for £9.99.

Got one today, just because I could, and not for any impending need, always seem to stockpile items that may come in useful in the future, and for a Tenner, it can go in the cupboard ........lots of the shelf in my local store.
