Rather a “Cerberati“. Not for the faint-hearted. I’m sure this thing sounds amazing.

That interior is hideous IMHO. hurl

Agree with Big Al about the interior, the driver’s seat looks awfully baggy too. I think that estimate is absolutely crazy. It’s obvious to see that a huge amount of dedication has gone into the build, but for me it’s worth less than a standard car. Certainly not £50-60k.

It's a lovely piece of work, looks and sounds fantastic, as everyone who's seen/heard it in the flesh will I'm sure attest. That 477.9bhp was laid down at the SRR TVR shoot out in Dec '19, where it got a lot of attention ...and respect.

To me, this is a good example of what someone can do with lots of money but no taste. The rear spoiler is horribly tacky, and the wheels look like something a 10-year old would draw.

I suspect that most of what he spent, he will not get back. The key phrase in the advert - "We know this car will not appeal to all".

Am I imagining things, or was this a RT Racing creation?
I know I definitely saw the BMW straight six Cerberus down there and another non-TVR engined Cerbie, which I’m wondering now was this one?

Or is my mind playing tricks on me in my old age?

I don’t mind a tastefully modified car but the colour, wheels, lights, grill, spoiler and interior would put me off.
Paint it black, remove the rear spoiler and put smaller wheels on it and it might be ok.
Hope he gets the £s he’s looking for.

Currently at £29k. Watching with interest. Makes me wonder what my 04 4.2 is worth…

Here’s a thread where the owner Gorgio answered some questions. https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

I wonder why he’s selling scratchchin

Agree with all of that (especially as mine is black!)

There’s no disputing it’s an amazing engineering project to get that Maserati lump in there and it sounds awesome. But the rest of the mods are just not my taste. Good luck to the seller though

I think on a whole it's very well executed.

The lines work, the engine will sound great, paint looks fantastic.thumbup

Bits I'm not keen on:

Pipes and wires in the engine bay - a quick tidy up here would make it look amazing. Get rid of the blue bits wink
Rusty wheel nuts
Dirty door catch
Rim protectors
Not sure how that pedal box is gonna suit anyone around 6ft. They always seem to be too close to the drivers seat to me.
Rear lights need updating to suit the rest of the car.
A chassis and suspension shot in the pictures would be good.

But that's just me being picky tt. laugh Hope the price keeps going up for the owner!

I'd agree the engine bay looks messy. and 20" wheels, ouch my spine..

Also from the description:

"That striking paint finish does have a few blemishes we should mention, the most noticeable on the bonnet where we suspect the heat of the engine has caused the paint to bubble up. You will also find the odd stone chip here and there.

We also note some marks to the Cerbera’s A-pillars, which may need addressing."

"So, if this unique Cerbera has got your pulse racing, be prepared to pay between £50,000 and £60,000 we estimate."

Up to £31k so far. Hmmmm. Not so sure it'll get that high but it doesn't finish until 13th October.

That'll be a garage queen.

As for the paint blemishes - meh. It needs a full restoration to get rid of those stupid wheels and get the suspension geometry back to something usable anyway. I'd give him maybe £4-5k for it given all the work needed to turn it into a sports car again rather than an ornament.

Don't talk out of your acensorede, it makes you sound silly. Giorgio's taken his family touring all over Europe in it, clocking up over 20,000 miles, so I think it's pretty well 'shaken down' too.
How far you been in yours recently?

Odometer reading = 20k?
Since new?
On that engine from new?
On that engine since conversion?

Looks like the auction has closed. Highest bid was £32K, reserve not met.

Am sure he’d want more after all the effort and costs. It would be quite a unique buyer who’d paid top dollar though.
